In addition to splitting camera ViewPad 7 and two-system configuration ViewPad 100, the ViewSonic new G Tablet, a 10-inch tablet shown off for the first time in New York City.
And different with ViewPad 100 (Atom processors + Win7/Android 1.6), G-Tablet will use NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 processor, with separate Android 2.2 operating system, as well will support 1080P high definition video, 3D acceleration and Flash 10.1 GPU acceleration function, providing HDMI.
Although the size of it is as same the 10-inch, but the G-Tablet weight lighter than the ViewPad 100. It is equipped with 1024×600 resolution capacitive multi-touch screen, 1GB DDR2 memory, 16GB memory, built-in 130-pixel camera, accelerometer, providing mini-HDMI, mini USB interface and Micro SD slot, with 3500mAHr lithium polymer battery, with Home 2x1W speakers, supporting 802.11 b / g / n wireless and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR transmission. So well-equipped, I believe that it will not let you down.
The plan is to hit shelves in October in the United States, and the suggested retail price of 529 U.S. dollars. However, some retailers may be ready to make it more competitive with the iPad, price cuts may be appropriate. Let us wait and see.
