Tata Indica, Indigo Manza, Sumo & Grande MK2 Prices Increased

Implementation of the BS IV emission norms and the swelling raw material costs in India has affected all the automobile manufacturers like never before. Whether its Mahindra & Mahindra, Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, Toyota or Tata, it does not matter since the changes to be made are forcing all the majors to increase the prices of their respective models.

Mahindra Scorpio, Mahindra Xylo and Mahindra Bolero faced a price hike of up to Rs.26000, along with Maruti which increased the prices of 5 of its cars and later joining the league was Tata Nano with an increased price by Rs. 30,000. Yesterday Toyota hiked the price by 1.5% and now news is coming that after Nano, Tata has raised the prices of Tata Indica, Tata Indigo Manza, Tata Sumo & Tata Sumo Grande MK2.





For the Tata Indigo family the prices have been increased in the range of Rs. 4500 to Rs. 14000 which includes Indica V2, Indigo e-CS, Indigo Manza etc. For the Tata Sumo family including Sumo and Sumo Grande MK2 the price hike falls in the range of Rs. 7800 to Rs. 10300.

Infact the commercial vehicle line up has also been affected with prices moving up in the range of Rs. 5000 to Rs. 40000. We do hope that no more price hike is seen in the coming festive season since it could severely affect the
