Fiat Uno 2011 SUV Car price in india

Fiat Uno 2011 SUV Car
After several photo leaks , Fiat’s new Uno Supermini has finally been unveiled officially in South America. The spiritual successor of the original Fiat Uno will first go on sale in Brazil this month, followed by the other South American countries in the second half of the year.

The new Uno measures 3,770 mm long, 1,643 mm wide and 1,490 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,370 mm. The car thus slots in between Panda and Grande Punto in terms of size. It offers a boot space of 280 litres.

Depending upon the market, the Uno offers two Flex Fuel ethanol/gasoline engines . The first is a 1.0-liter with 75 bhp (56 kW) and the second is a 1.4-liter unit with 85 bhp (63 kW). Being a low cost model, the Fiat’s nice Multiair engines will not be found in the range. Both engines are hooked up to a five-speed manual gearbox that drives the front wheels. It is said that a SUV-styled variant called the “Way” will also be available, but not as an all-wheel drive.

According to few sources, Fiat plans to sell and produce the new Uno in Europe and Russia as well. However it has not been confirmed officially. Initial cars will roll off Fiat Brazil’s Betim plant.
