Project Engineering

The project is 1:4 and 1:1 modeling based on CAD data from CATIA and vehicle base. This provides a digital master model and a number of 1:1 1:1 milled molds to produce new outer skin, and an important component of the new body. The rear bodywork has been strengthened by an integrated structure between the dome of the rear suspension, work well as steel, and as support for a new roof line extended.

All additions and structural modifications have been studied carefully, using sophisticated methods for finite element simulation and analysis.
