Bell BlackBerry Curve 9300(3G): Specs, Features & Review

A few days back we had heard about the Blackberry 9300 Curve the one being quoted as the best Blackberry developed by the company. The device is being eyed as a replacement to the Blackberry 8500 series and offers some of the most eye-catching features that the company has to offer. The phone carries a stunning look and books a front seat in the smartphone market roller coaster. Although we have always blamed RIMM of making big bulky and heavy handsets, this time RIMM has proven all of us very wrong.

The Blackberry Curve 9300 features a completely redesigned hardware that provides more comfortable access to media and volume control. As of present, only the following information was initially available for this upcoming Blackberry Curve 9300 (of course some may vary upon release date). The smartphone comes with a 2.4 inch TFT screen with a 320 x 240 pixel resolution display even larger than that of the Blackberry 8900 unit. The processor will be supporting speeds of 624Mhz however there is no definite information whether it will be more powerful than the Bold’s 624MHz processor or not. The device comes with an optical trackpad and will be available in both black and silver colours. The device flashes a full QWERTY keyboard that is more spacious and tactile than the Blackberry 8500. It has flush control buttons as well as new media controls on the top which includes previous, next, back ,play/pause button enclosed in the top of its glossy frame. Its volume rocker has been also redesigned to fit its sleek exterior design.

The phone comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and has a microUSB port situated on both sides rather than one on both sides. The handset boasts all Bluetooth, WiFi and 3G connectivity and also has a GPS that will ease up your navigation experience. Although the camera is not revealed till now but it is expected that the phone will come up with a 3 to 3.2MP camera and like all other smartphones in this range will boast an awesome photo shooting ability.
